Speak not with haste, good can go to waste
Sip with God’s lips, and savour the taste
The meal is satiating in the humble paste
The manna is given to the profound not to the base
And you can ever dwell where you cast a wise eye
If you unbelieve that you are always the better I
Or you could always want what you wish and desire
Or you could cast your net to burn in the fire
The Promised Land is written in bold letters in the sky
The hope that you live with, for which you die
And you can count on the fact that destiny is nigh
Even if it takes an eternity, you should never ask why
This hope is belief that whatever overwhelms you can cope
For devotion is exemplary mother and father, an umbilical rope
Can you see God in those lowly messengers of fate?
The truth will defy the liar, though it may seem a little late
Don’t gatecrash the ritual sooner, God is waiting over the hill
He rewards the victims who patiently foot the bill
And if you are resolute, you are never run of the mill
The hero never rues his travails, knowing it is His will
Wow bro too good
