Weird things are happening in the sky 

I can see it all with my naked eye 

The watchers are watching, the stars are talking 

And destiny is all coming a-knocking 

Weird things are happening in the sky 

Believe me, I’m not telling you a lie 

Tomorrow for the truth, and there’s reason why 

all the good folk should never ever say die 

Weird things are happening in the sky 

For, earth’s theatre is the heaven’s buzzing pie 

The cat’s in the cradle, the horse is in the stable 

And the dog is in the saddle to end earth’s Babel
