It is Prakash, the devil, who doesn’t want to suffer for his crimes: A poem

You can tell each even from each odd

But can you ever reckon that the underdog is God?

The one who sacrificed doesn’t want reward

Who is the seed of greed between the pea and the pod?

The worthiest is richest with his blessings small

He never even thought that he stands tallest of the tall

You must realise that the devil Prakash has the gall

to make his own desperation hijack every rollcall

And evil can take gravel but not the gavel

It knows not it will perish in the deepest hovel

I have thought of good things in never-ending difficult times

It is Prakash who doesn’t want to pay and suffer for his crimes

Hi, I am Monte Cyril Rodrigues and live in Melbourne, Australia. I am a retired journalist. I have been diagnosed with schizophrenia. I've had voices and visions all my life. I think it is a spiritual experience, my doctors think otherwise. I am a deeply spiritual person and keep having experiences with otherworldly realms.
