You and me in the wind: A poem

You and me,

fly ahead in the wind

And yet, we look at what’s left behind

in the diamonds

Our glory, that the stars rewind.

And my mind always finds the divine

like an ever-inebriating wine

And I am a lion

swinging on the universe’s vine,

ionized by the energy of the sign

that you are the poetry in my rhyme

Is there a Supreme beyond Supreme?

We see it in a dream

In the lot of us, the team,

yonder at the source and the stream

These are not illusions of steam

I awoke with the first cloud of time

and realised you were mine

above it all, and beyond recall

Yet, the moment that started this infinitum

is enshrined within us

Our cells make up the map of the universe

the memory of the eternal converse

Such antiquity, that nothing can ever reverse

I think it is a spiritual experience, my doctors think otherwise. I am a deeply spiritual person and keep having experiences with otherworldly realms.
