Can God ever possess his soulmate?: A poem

Can God ever possess his soulmate

when, all the time, he has to adjudicate?

It seems like eternity, at any rate

Can anyone put, on it, a date?

You think me and my dad and son

are lost between cloak and gun

Dad, can I believe there are two cats?

And did my darling pet dogs, get right, the stats?

You think the cow can very soon

miraculously jump over the moon?

I think, it’s time for a day at noon

My Phoenix was born in early June

And my Casula counted two and three

I know we have to play till we are free

For all of you, I restrained to ask,

ask for you all back, till I completed my task!
