My poor India, have you been hijacked?: A poem

O my poor India, I don’t know if you’ve been hijacked

By the arms of the treacherous, have you been knick-knacked?

Is your destined future irrevocably packed?

Your partitioned sea of a neighbour has you hacked!

Have you, against the wall, helplessly backed

Sometimes, the evil on your own soil can have you cracked!

Dilli was a heart that was so often whacked

Kashmir is yours only, no stigma attached!

Faraway on a western shore, in snow or rain

A hero cries “Make America Great Again”

But none seems to understand his pain

It is China that will win; it will never go in vain!
