One day, I woke up to blue lights in my bedroom
And I went to the window of a moonless sky,
watched a spaceship rush like a bird, so quick!
Never did I see any earthly jetplane with such speed!
And I waved to it, so it flashed back its blinking lights at me
My eyes wandered into the Scorpion/ Arian space
where it seemed to be destined; And when I thought
of my true love, it hastened to disappear.
Why, I thought, was true love so disparate
from my duty. Whose will is it that my soul feels
extinguished by such ultimatums. But I am
no brokeback mountain; no non-vertebrate terra firma
I don’t snap like wedge wood at the axe of temporal
tribulation. I am the history of the universe that emerged
from the singularity to comprehend and deal with the manifoldness.
I am the entrepot to all the destinations; even though
crossroaded into the frailty of living in dissimilitudes.
But still stronger from it. It is the mollusks of malevolence
that malfunction destiny with their backboneless brothelry!
