Pythagoras, you had a fixation for the number 3!: A poem

Somehow, I see you traveling into the Levant,

with the quest to educate yourself; and you stumbled

on an antediluvian stella, left by none other than

the advocates of Freemasonry, Jabal, Jubail,

Tubal Cain and Namnaah. The four siblings who

quietly wanted to leave their sacred knowledge to posterity.

Before the deluge would bring an end to their world!

And in your wonder, you discovered enlightenment

in the writing on the stella – numbers, mathematics,

sacred geometry, and a mystical poetry of truths!

Wherefrom you emerged the philosopher and

mathematician you were, also esotericist and diviner!

And how the number 3 had a special meaning for you?

In arithmetic and metaphorical graphics. Like the number

3 is a sum of its two prior numbers 1 and 2. And if you

multiply all three it becomes six, a tri-axial triangle,

if you consider one as the apex, two as the side lines,

and three as the base, with the apex diametrically piercing

the middle point of the base. And should you seize upon the

philosophical and metaphysical idea, of the three-pointed

beginning, middle and end; as also the idea of birth, life

and death! But should I add to your thesis, three is a very ancient concept

of God, particularly in Hinduism  – the manifestation of the

three headed Brahma, as also the Paternalistic offshoot of

deitiy – Brahma, Shiva and Vishnu. If you take it as the original

idea of Creator, Preserver and Destroyer. It is also a three-dimensional

world, we live in. Also, if you multiply 3 by 3, you get nine –

the nine constructive forces of the Universe. And if you multiply

three by the four elements (or take into account the fourth dimension

of time), you get 12, the number of the dimensions in the Universe!

I can just say numbers were constructs and allegories to symbolise

greater truths. Who is the Geodeter or Geometer? Is the material universe

measurable by a factor of 3, Pythagoras? Or is it an infinitive 9; or a conclusive

12. What be the ultimate truth, Pythagoras? Is it the unitariness of one in all its diversity…

multiplying each number to produce the same number!

I think it is a spiritual experience, my doctors think otherwise. I am a deeply spiritual person and keep having experiences with otherworldly realms.
