Two weeks ago, Labor Party MP Penny Wong came down hard on the Morrison government for baiting China, stating it was not in the interests of Australia.
Can Penny Wong please explain how China’s gross non-compliance of trade treaties with Australia, is in the interests of Australia?
Is China’s arm-twisting of Australia vis-a-vis exports to that country in the interests of Australia?
Is Penny Wong condoning the fact that an Australian journalist will be incarcerated and tortured for life in a Chinese prison, as a glorious Chinese tit-for-tat against the Morrison government’s full-of-integrity stance against a bullying China?
Does Penny Wong feel sympathetic to Chinese foraging into Australian institutions in their bid to make Australia a satellite state?
Does China’s belligerence in international waters appeal to Penny Wong?
Does Penny Wong feel that China’s blatant violations of human rights in Tibet, Xinjiang and Hong Kong something justifiably imperative to the Chinese state?
Does Penny Wong think that reports in the Chinese state-owned media that China should crush Australia economically, in the interests of Australia.
Is Penny Wong implying self-assertion against bullying not in the interests of Australia.
Tell me Penny, not Miss, not Mrs, but Ms Penny, on which side does the penny fall.
Well said Monte . This is not about the Chinese people but the Chinese Govr. And their bullying tactics .,
