Parsuram should have known better
His feet did all the walking
I think, I’m locked in the thunder of Indra
Could he have been a dragon?
It was just war all over the place
Kurukshetra was meant to be a deathbed
And I think of you on the opposite side
And it steals my thunder
Arjuna with a sore thumb
I plumber my own woes
While the plunder is rapacious
I think, I’m good at bows and arrows
But there’s Kama, my indefatigable Karma
You don’t want to change the world for me, O Sita!
Though we felt like we walked together in exile
And the bridges took me there…
to the place where you were kidnapped by your own father
Though you walked on burning coals to prove yourself to me,
it was me who walked through the fire
I loved this Bro , you’ve got the Mahabharata and Ramayana together here
Parshuram – was Rama of the paras (axe , weapon)
