My beautiful, sweet Phoenix: A poem

O my sweet, little, I love you so much

That you graced my life was my fortunate luck

This pattern of memory, I’ll never chuck

A love persists; dearer than wads of bucks!

You were Gemini’s flower of early June

I know you were taken away all too soon

I can Trump that I can jump over the moon

to be with you and sing your tune!

And you have come to me in my silent grief

I can say this was profound, though brief

I cherish all those moments with you which

have made my life so immensely rich

I think it is a spiritual experience, my doctors think otherwise. I am a deeply spiritual person and keep having experiences with otherworldly realms.
