If I had Paradise
And it was only a dream
like the high sun in my eyes
only to fall away
I’d say:
I want you there
within my arms’ reach
that I beseech
every single day!
You know when the time is rife
the unicorn and the lion should meet,
the way only love can greet!
I am a Neptunian vapour
as much as the sun’s light
and everything in between;
even forgotten Pluto
on a moonless night!
And should I awake in that dream again
I’ll tell you before you become an irretrievable distance
Did I not live an eternity patiently waiting?
Did I not die on every battlefront
with your name whispering in my heart
That when my soul is torn away
I have still breath left to say:
It is for you I lived every moment!
It is for you that I undertook all this torment!
