Ah Sarah! In all my inspiration, I could have said
before the stones put my lamp out; and I were dead
Your true inner beauty, only I would know
Your sparkle, like an immaculate gem hidden in an ore
Romeo and Juliet, poor cousins to us, would I bet
had been unfortunate to face an ill-conceived death
But a Phoenix hand, has our souls to show
Eternity shines at the door with luminescent glow
And would I rue destiny’s humongous stonewall
My solid oak can grow through its binds, very tall
No winter can freeze through my muffler and shawl
Our diminutive humility can never be deemed small!
And, as you walk, I follow; and vice versa also
The humongous Universe is only our bright shadow
Every dusk exhibits the decor of our dekko
that the subsequent dawn is the Paradise we did sow
