O pets; `My Stephanos’ `gifts’ `crowns’!: A poem

(Concept obtained from an archaeological report by a Turkish author)

These tales that outlast the simplistic lives

of a world fated to lack altruism, because of

overwhelming mendacity; and some of us still

feel Esperantic in our encumbrances of relational

sacredness; so that we befit the huge photo frames

on the walls of the Universe’s Halls of Fame!

The stones of this planet are too weather-worn,

my dearest pets, to carve us out as epiphanous.

Still you are my Stephanos, I am your Aurelia

Rhodope – on the outerflanks of a cruel empire

that looks for greedy dominion. We are peripherally

unobvious but of magnanimous ethereal element!

You know all evil is ecdemic, out of its stinking cesspool!

Should we give it a thought, if it seeks to plague us

and we are compelled to martiality outside our will?

We have the humongous spirit of love that stays

put despite the hijacking, the abduction! Our love is

visually abundant, but verbally only epigrammatic –

meant to deceive the evil marauders! We are castles hidden

in soulful auras, even if the evidence is only discovered

in crumbled stone after millennia! Yet we are intact, like

roses on gravestones, seemingly withered, but actually

refreshed like every repeating dawn!

I think it is a spiritual experience, my doctors think otherwise. I am a deeply spiritual person and keep having experiences with otherworldly realms.
