I am like an eternally undying dimension!: A poem

Is my entire insouciant childhood coming apart

like doors falling off their hinges with the force of

treacherous storms, leaving my full pristine home

open to the vilings of desperate thieving strangers?

And I can’t help feeling that sibling love is so fragile;

a testament to how things held sacred can be perversified

by infringers and infiltrators by their lab-manufactured

deviousness, that I can’t expect a helping hand. You can

see that I find it hard to disassociate from honesty; even with the

knowledge that a sequestration of myself to defend

my discretion is laid bare and attenuated by an evil autopsy

of my tender unwilling mind!  So I am prone

even when I smell a rat! I am watching

the ships of my imagination disappear

over a rather daunting  horizon; so this full

home of trinkets and paraphernalia could be

used as haberdashery for the schemer weavers

of deceit! You know while I can be compromised,

I am overwhelmingly aware that, in my aloneness

and aloofness, I can mutate into any impregnable masked

Harlequin. The comedy of errors can get any stringent opponent

very frustrated! Though I have come to love my convictions more,

in times of relentless beleaguering, I can bely them as well!

So, you all bear witness to my unflattering disposition

like as if gay abandon ought to be the real composure

of the destitute! If death or defeat vanquishes my idols

and icons, I will find new forces to depend on to continue

my tasks against the vicious tirade of the Men at Work!

So, the falling wood of my windows don’t daunt me!  The roof

blown away, the  walls shambling down, only serve to make

my home unbounded like the skies. We can’t feel desperate, when

we realise how mortally desperate our enemies are!

And I am laughing, laughing, laughing, that even if they

defeat everything I hold dear; I am liberated, I can trumpet,

that they can never conjecture my soul’s elusive rock and roll

and I can still find new icons and idols to depend upon!
