I hate everything where you all were groomed to belong!: A poem

You know, the pot of lexicon shattered

around me like a window pane hit by

a cudgel; and I ran out of words, even the

words I borrowed from my very heavy

Dictionary. Like I like to flip pages to figure

out my obsoleteness. I feel like a thingamajig

against a mountain wall, as if the student

attended all the lectures, but still failed to

understand. And you can go to all the

Universities and temples and never remember

the First Word, even with all your substantial learning!

Even if it fell on your rooftop, you forgot to

reach out to it because you were smug in your

mundane discourse besides the heating, not realising that

everything you believe in is a `Man’orama, precisely

carved out to etch your mind. You can blame the person

behind the rise in gasoline prices, but you can’t figure

out his goodness for trying to save your soul! Because you

have sold yourself too far to the evil to retract! Now,

you want to believe in the bounteousness of sin;

Look! Let the righteousness be going…going…gone!

I am just a tragedy-comedy of my own wits of

patience and restraint and forbearance! If all the heroes

could be losers, and all the villains could be heroes, you all

wrote that script yourselves by the hand of evil! Don’t prefer

to blame God! You thought you could sweep his truths under

the carpets, or best out of your lounge, to keep your home safe,

albeit infiltrated and infested! But let me tell you, you gullible fools,

I hate everything where you were groomed (by the wickedness) to belong!…

Everything that you put a price on….all that obscene rot!
