(Based on the song `Wildflower heart’ by Ella Langley)
I just won’t mistake a daffodil from a dandelion
Even if they were to look the same
I can love and I can’t
Could love be my favourite Fairy Godmother Aunt?
I took the long road to passion
And never got there
And when they were teaching me compassion
I said, Boy it isn’t my invention!
They thought they could shake up my trees
with all their offertories
But I said to them save all your pleasantries,
I am not going down on my knees!
I am just not going to get laid
That’s how I was made!
For if you all think I’m courting my doom
I know even when I die, I’ll still bloom
Cos I’m a wildflower heart
It’s just the way I art
And I know I’ll get it all always right
For it’s written on the blue skies in black and white!
