The greatest love poet: A poem

Does leftism and love go together, Pablo Neruda?  I thought love was all too righteous  I don’t like Communistic density; I think it is oblique  or obtuse; whichever suits me fine at the instance  of debate. The world is not one world under the red flag  of sickle and hammer! So, Neruda, I write you off!  Does love sink you to your knees; orContinue reading “The greatest love poet: A poem “

I have my doctor’s appointment today…: A poem

I have my doctor’s appointment today  Did I ask for my walk of life in this way?  Or did I seek to tell you where my poems lay,  in which closet or mortuary, and not the light of day?  I want to insist to my GP that I’ve grown old!  Is there a lot of light in the way the story unfolds? Continue reading “I have my doctor’s appointment today…: A poem “

Albanese, do you know your eternity?: A poem

(Hey WordPress, truth and justice are worth fighting for; not the convenience of aligning with evils!) Anthony Albanese, you have no grace in your butt  Let me tell you, you have the cheapest cut  Do you know what your soul is worth?  With all the treachery with which you strut?  Albanese, my love is not for sale! Continue reading “Albanese, do you know your eternity?: A poem “

The dirty crimes Albanese has committed against me!!! And he wants to get away with them…and he wants me to condone and forgive him and give him his victory under duress! He has no shame, no guilt, no conscience! And if I don’t forgive, he proceeds with more crimes on me. And he wants me to be punished for his crimes against me, by making me gullible and vulnerable to his chicanery!!!!

The gems of Gemini!: A poem

You know I think fondly of the month of September  Am I biased because I was born to the world in that month?  September signifies the end of summer in the North  And the beginning of Spring season in the South.  I remember September, but I also am reminded of many  other months, where the birthdays of loved ones fall.  But whereContinue reading “The gems of Gemini!: A poem “

So, I say a few things of endearment and love….: A poem

I never heard of leaves falling in September,  back home in Mumbai; where there was summer  throughout the year! And how it rained, as I  saw my paper boats race only a little and then turn  to shreds in the torrent. In Goa, in my school holidays,  it was tropical paradise – coconut palms, mango trees,   javaContinue reading “So, I say a few things of endearment and love….: A poem “

Hey WordPress, don’t preach to me! There is no healing in forgiveness; there is only a stale compromise! The crimes have been committed against me, not against you! You have no right to preach to me! It is entirely my prerogative, who I forgive and who I don’t! There is nobody in this world who doesn’t hate for a reason!

What is sought-after on the fateful horizon?!: A poem

Like an unending sad frost in a desert night,  though sunshine didn’t reflect moisture from   scant rain all through the day; even morning   dew burnt in a hasty heat and cacti falling to  char in the noons; I live in a hope of restitution  and in the faintness of sounds of mirages  crying out to live the heat out. But I amContinue reading “What is sought-after on the fateful horizon?!: A poem “
